These pigments contain no titanium dioxide (white).  Use to mix and modify with Perma Blend pigments. Set includes (3) 1/2 ounces bottles pigments.

Grassy toner used for red/orange brows. 

Gourd toner used to neutralize green/blue brows. It is darker than the golden toner.

Yellow Belly This can be used to neutralize blue/purple brown.  So coverage will be more translucent.
