Using the most experienced chemists and cosmeticians in the industry, Permablend is grounded with safety first. It passes the  resAP 2008 regulations for Europe and is sterilized by gamma radiation.  

The ingredients are a combination of pigments, glycerin, witch hazel, isopropyl alcohol, aqua, rosin, and DMDM hydantoin. It is gamma-ray sterilized, vegan and cruelty-free. All ingredients can be found in the MSDS and can be downloaded from the website at www.cosmetictattoosupply.com.

You can mix these pigments with each other, but it is not necessary.  

COVERS OLD PMU

These pigments are ultra-concentrated, enabling artists to place the target color over old, faded PMU.

Mid to dark value with a yellow base. Perfect for clients who are greying with ‘salt & pepper’ hair.


MEDIUM BROWN
Mid value with an orange base. Perfect for clients who want a soft look that is neither too dark. or too light.
